HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: La Residence des Cascades has 210 comfortable and graciously appointed guest rooms plus 39 luxurious suites, all with views of the sea and the Cascades Championship Golf Course. L’Albatros
This elegant restaurant fetures fine dining in an intimate atmosphere. Its terrace overlooks the golf course’s 9th green and central lake.

Spikes Bar
Situated just off the 18th green on the pool deck, the Spikes Bar is ideally positioned for a refreshing, cool drink after a satisfying round of golf or a few laps in the swimnming pool.

The Gallery
An intimate clubhouse lounge with panoramic views; ideal for afternoon tea and a relaxing card or board game.

The Eagle’s Nest
On the top floor, this British style pub is named after the many sea eagles that can be seen on the eastern coast of Soma Bay. True to it’s name, it dominates the entire peninsula from its privileged location.

Layali
This is where an after-dinner evening is spent in arabesque style with live entertainment.

Alternatively, the many outdoor terraces surrounding The Eagle’s Nest feature a number of “shisha corners” for relaxed contemplation of the desert landscape, the sea and starlit skies.

Golf
The Resort is a golfer’s paradise, perched at the center of the 18-hole Championship Golf Course designed by Gary Player. Known as The Cascades, it also features a 9-hole Golf Academy Course, practice facilities and equipment rental.

Spa & Thalasso
Les Thermes Marins des Cascades is the grand spa and thalasso-therapy center built as an integral part of La Residence. It includes a 750 m2 Aquatonic pool, salt water lap pool, a variety of beauty & wellness treatments, as well as fitness and nutrition programs.

Watersports
A large temperature controlled lap pool overlooks the greens and the main beach, a short distance from the Resort, is easily one of the most beautiful on the Red Sea. Calm waters and white sandy shores stretch out onto turquiose waters.

Soma Bay’s dive center serves all the resorts within Soma Bay offering snorkeling and scuba diving.

Racquet Sports & Fitness
La Residence features a Racquet Club with 4 clay tennis courts, lit for evening play and 2 squash courts. Resident professional trainers are available.
