The wall-to-wall capreted Lalibela Restaurant has drawn its motifs and decors from the cultural wealth of its past. The dominant architectural design and carvings used here and throught the hotel are patterned after those of Ethiopians northern historical sites like Lalibela and Axum.
The restaurant serves internatinal cuisine begining the day with continental and full breakfasts. The four-course lunch of the day's menu or the ala carte menu with its wide selection are served fast and efficiently.
The cultural restaurant serves traditional food throughout the day, evenings, and features traditional music of Ethiopian Folkloric dance played nightly by the popular Lalibela band from Tuesday to Sunday.
