Entertainment
is seasonal and runs from November to April. Our evening entertainment
consists of local bands, dance groups, folk singing, staff
shows where all can join in. Don’t forget to check with
out Guest Relations officer as to when our traditional Makasutu
dancers will be performing. You wouldn’t want to miss
the chance to experience the evening in true Gambian style.
The Corinthia Atlantic Hotel boasts a fine swimming pool as
well as tennis and squash courts, crazy golf, table tennis,
basketball and volleyball. For those who visit and wish, there
are organized activities and, for the more adventurous, windsurfing
and other watersports. The Bird Garden is the ideal location
to enjoy some colorful African plants and birds. Keen fisherman
can try their hand at beach casting from the adjacent beach,
or a river excursion.
The
Hotel also runs a gym and massage centre. Classes are held
daily. For the more leisurely guest, one can enjoy a quiet
game of croquet. A round of darts, or have a go at pool or
snooker. Card games and board games are also available.
DININGS & BARS
THE BANTABA RESTAURANT
The Bantaba restaurant presents itself as the main hotel restaurant with an adjacent open air patio, serving buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Theme Events are organised and can seat up to 160 guests.
Dunda A La Carte
The Dunda A La Carte restaurant serves exceptional international cuisine and some typical Gambian Dishes. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned and during our high season, we are privileged to have our own resident pianist.
The Dolphin Restaurant
The Dolphin restaurant is in itself an open-air terrace on the waterfront with pizzeria. This bar and restaurant offers a large sumptuous choice of snacks, pastas and pizzas.
The Pool & Beach Bar
These two bars are located on the beachfront and offer a large selection of beers, juices and minerals. The beach bar is open all day and is great place to sit down, enjoy a beer whilst still being in the thick of things by the pool.
The Lobby Bar
Located in the main lobby, this is the ideal place for a short rest during the day. Offering pastry specialties, light snacks, coffees, teas and refreshing drinks.
The Bendula Bar
Sit back and relax at the Bendula bar and partake in a pre-dinner apéritif to begin the evening. The elegant décor, disco with live DJ and ambience are just waiting to draw you in.
