Studios - Bedroom with twin beds, large wardrobe, wall to wall carpet and compact unit air-conditioning. Kitchenette with refrigerator, electric cooking plate, cupboard with some glasses, cutlery and crockery, dining table with two chairs. Sitting room with settee, two easy chairs, coffee table, small carpet on tiled flooring, writing table, TV table, TV set with local, English, French and German satellite programmes. Split unit airconditioners. Tiled floor. Terrace or balcony with garden table and two garden chairs. Remote controls for A/C and TV available at reception against deposit. There are 10 studio rooms.

Apartment - Ideally suited for families with several children. Situated in the main building they consist of a simply furnished bedroom with twin beds, night tables, wardrobe and compact A/C unit. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin (to be renovated during summer 1999).

Kitchenette with electric hot plate, refrigerator and a small amount of cutlery and crockery. Large sitting room with central air-conditioning and two beds used as settees during the day. A dining table with two chairs. Two easy chairs, a low table. A low buffet table with TV. Tiled floor in all rooms. The terrace features two chairs and a garden table. Remote control for TV available at reception. There are 3 apartments.

African Huts - These straw-roofed 1 to 2 star huts are simply furnished with two beds, toilet and shower (no hot water). Guests have access to all facilities of Senegambia. The huts are located in an area next to the golf lawn together with a small breakfast restaurant and terrace. Breakfast served here is improved continental standard. These huts are not used during the summer period i.e. from June 15th to October 31st. There are 10 African Huts.

The Main Building Rooms - These rooms feature central air-conditioning, twin beds, a wardrobe, wall mounted Satellite TV with local, English, French and German programmes, coffee table, easy chair, writing table and a balcony with two garden chairs and a table. The rooms are not large enough to accommodate a third bed. Bathrooms have private toilet, shower and washbasin. A bathroom renovation programme is underway and 30 out of the 49 rooms have been completed. There are 49 Main Building Rooms.

Garden Room - Situated in 16 two-storey blocks of 16 rooms each. All ground floor rooms have a terrace; all first floor rooms have a balcony.

Terrace and/or balcony are equipped with two chairs and a garden table. All rooms have a glass front and a sliding glass door as entry. Side curtains, black out curtains and sheer curtains allow adjustment to any outside light. The room features tiled floor, twin beds with bed lights, small night tables at the bedside, two simple easy chairs and a low table (all rattan). A wardrobe and a make up table with mirror complete the room furniture. All bathrooms have private toilet and washbasin (hot and cold water). Balcony/terrace furniture has been upgraded.

64 rooms have a bathtub with shower handle, 192 rooms have a shower separated from the rest of the bathroom by an acrylic glass panel mounted on a tiled partition wall. Bathrooms are fully tiled. 144 of these rooms have split unit airconditioners (remote control at reception against deposit), extra charge for A/C. There are 256 Garden Rooms.
