AB'S Royal Beach Hotel and Holiday Resort is set on a clean, quiet beach just west of Central Accra, Ghana. It is located less than an hour from Accra, traveling by road on the very nicely maintained West bound Mallam-Weija Road. It is not outside of the Greater Accra and yet not within the hustle and bustle of the city. It sits right on the beach at Kokrobite. It is really quick and easy to get here. That is precisely one reason this is the preferred destination for our guests. They do not have far to travel to get the feeling of being in a distant, quiet resort. It is a real time saver and a huge advantage.

ACCOMMODATION

The hotel has several blocks spread out on the very spacious property. There are 40 rooms to suit all tastes and budgets.

Rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge, TV with satellite channels (DSTV bouquet) as well as 8 local TV stations, and hot water heaters, fans, telephones, among other facilities. Rooms are large and spacious.

The two "Jacuzzi suites" are tastefully decorated with an African theme, and have Jacuzzis installed. Double Deluxe rooms have adjoining doors and are well suited for families. The interlinking doors can be locked, but is ideal for parents who may wish to have direct access to their young ones without having to step out onto the verandah.

The clean rooms manifest an elegant style in their simplicity. The warm matching colors of the furnishings give you a feeling of being in a comfortable home away from home.

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

Bar and Restaurants

AB's serves both delectable Ghanaian & continental dishes. You may choose to sit in the very clean restaurant in the center of the hotel grounds, or enjoy your drinks at the mini bar right beside the swimming pool.

You may order your drinks from anywhere, and enjoy your cold drinks and the cool breeze under the summer huts and gazebos located throughout the facility and on the beach itself. The seaside huts are a favorite.

Events

AB's is an ideal destination for business meetings, weddings, and for recreation. First, you do not have far to travel for the desired ambience, and there are facilities here to meet your every need.

There are two pleasantly furnished conference rooms, with different seating capacities. Depending on your needs, they can be set up as a round table for 70 for discussions, but for talks and symposiums, up to 700 seats can be arranged for an event. AB's will provide snack, beverages and buffets for your meetings

Special Occasions

ABs provides several settings for your special occasions, both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor settings for special events include;

--A large cobbled square
--Seating around a bonfire for evening events
--Beach front

Additional requirements can be arranged upon request, for example: a full range of audio-visual equipment, decorations, live bands, and cultural display groups.
