Busua
Beach Resort has its own restaurant and dining facilities, as
well as kitchenettes and fridge in each chalet for your convenience.
Seafood is our speciality. The fishermen of nearby Dixcove are
the best in all of West Africa and our chef is an expert at preparing
the local catch. Busua is the home of the famous King Lobster,
a delicacy that is often scarce. By special arrangement with local
fishermen, we are ensured of a good supply. We also have our own
vegetable garden on the property, providing us with fresh ingredients
for many our dishes. Our chef is also a master at European dishes
and by special request we prepare local Ghanaian cuisine with
an international accent.
At
the Busua Beach Resort you can choose from a variety of things
to do. Sail on a catamaran, or grab a board and hit the surf.
Our watercraft are even powerful enough to pull a water skier.
Take a trip to "Abokwa" - Busua's very own private Island
paradise in the sun! On days when the surf is rough, relax in
our swimming pool or explore our vast beach and seach for exotic
seashells.
Stroll
along miles of unspoiled coast or simply lie on the beach and
work on your tan. Take a horseback ride on the beach or go fishing
for marlin with Captain Hook in nearby Takoradi. There is a small
playground for children where "nanny" services can be
arranged. Try your hand at a game of tennis on our clay courts.
We also have plans for a nime hole golf course.
Our
Business and Conference Facilities enough to host up to 250 people.
We can also accommodate banquets of 250 and over by using our
outdoor terrace area. Smaller meeting rooms are ideal for groups
of from 10 to 40. Our meeting rooms are equipped with Audio-Visual
systems, including audio systems, microphones, slide and overhead
projectors. VCR's Vu-graphs, flip-charts and lecterns are also
available on request.
