HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Standard rooms: The 22 standard rooms are ideal for the Kisumu business traveler. Equipped with twin beds to suite both single or double occupancy, the rooms are finely fitted with a well lit reading desk and set of easy chairs and coffee table for lounging. There’s also satellite television sets, a telephone extension and an electronic safe to for safe custody of our guest’s valuables.
Deluxe Rooms: These are an upgrade of our standard rooms and have an advantage of better view of the town and lake being on 3rd and 4th floors. They provide the comfort of queen size beds, mini-bar facility and electronic safes. Also the shampoo, lotion and shower caps in the bathroom gives the extra accommodation comfort.
Executive Suites: These are the best rooms in Kisumu and are termed the Imperial triplets. The newly renovated Imperial suites are ideal for top business clients and special occasions. The three are each done in unique styles to suite varied customer tastes.
Each suite is elegantly furnished with all deluxe amenities and a radio & CD player, coffee/tea facility, two phone extensions, king size beds, iron with ironing board, hair drier and daily newspaper supply.
Apartments:
Imperial’s one bedroom fully furnished apartments are the only ones of their kind for Kisumu Apartments. Meant for monthly lease, our long staying guests enjoy daily room service and the more than ample facilities provided within. The seating room area is furnished with a study cum dining table, 21” colour television with DSTV channels and a five seater easy set with a coffee table.
A double door fridge, toaster, cutlery and crockery, electric cooker and micro wave 
are some of the equipment available in our apartment kitchen. An iron and ironing board are also provided. All these are crowned with dedicated staff that will make your long stays as comfortable and enjoyable as no where else in Kisumu.

HOTEL FACILITIES: Fish-eagle (224): The Fish eagle board room has been recently refurbished with state of the art conference facilities to take a maximum of 18pax. . It has become very popular for company board meetings and is equipped with high speed wi-fi internet connection, projection facilities and all other conference needs.
Residence Lounge:
This has also been newly renovated to take 40 people for theatre set-up and 25 pax for table seating. Articulately furnished for trainings and general talk sessions, the lounge is ideal for any quality conscious client. We also arrange for perfect dinners and cocktails for upto 25 pax in this room.
The Shalimar: This is an exlcusive top of the range bar meant for residence use on a regular basis. It also doubles up as an ideal venue for cocktails and private dinners for up to 50 pax. The Shalimar gives the guest a perfect view of Kisumu town as well as a beautiful sunset being on the hotel’s top floor.
Mayfair hall: Mayfair takes upto 250 pax in theatre seating and 150 pax with tables. The air conditioned, large conference hall provides international standards setting and has hosted various international delegation for meetings. It also works out as an ideal setting for big corporate cocktails and dinners. Wedding receptions have also been quite successful within here.
