HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES:
The
Isokon Restaurant offers a wide range of cuisine and with
special barbecues are held by the swimming pool beneath the
star filled skies. The restaurant has two sections, one internal
and one external with a canopy. Breakfast and lunch are buffets,
whilst dinner is Table D’hote. The capacity is 150 people.
You
can sample the various culinary delights that are served at
the Isokon Restaurant or relax with a swim in our Lion Paw
designed swimming pool. Hours of operation are: The
tranquil beautiful surroundings at Sarova Mara Camp are ideal
for holding your seminar, workshop or conference. We also
offer a very innovative service, which we call, conferencing
under Canvas.
The tents can comfortably cater for 100 conference delegates.
We also offer you the usual modern conference facilities like
overhead projectors and PA system. Outdoor freeform swimming
pool surrounded by comfortable sun-loungers for soaking in
the sun rays after an early game drive.Or sipping a long drink
in the cool water of the pool offers a popular diversion during
the heat of the day. Evening barbeques are held by the pool,
except in the rainy season. Private parties can hold their
own barbeques here.
Maasai Mara Game Reserve is the natural habitat for lions,
elephants, leopards, cheetahs, hippo, rhino, buffalo, zebra,
giraffe, wildebeest, and many other game. The famous Big Five:
Lion, Buffalo, Cheetah, Rhino, Elephant. that every guest
is expected to see during their visit to the Reserve. The
Game drives from the camp, by rugged terrain vehicles; offer
the perfect way of viewing the abundant Wildlife found in
this part of Kenya.
A sunrise over the Mara from a hot air balloon is truly spectacular.
Drifting
gracefully above the savannah seeing the wildlife awaken,
then landing to a sumptuous Bush Breakfast with Champagne
served to you as the sun warms the plains is well worth the
early morning call! A hot air balloon safari can be arranged
at the camp.
The safari leaves at 0600hrs for an hour in the air then rounds
off with a champagne bush breakfast. From the Hot air balloon,
the guests can explore and see the vast array of wildlife,
in their natural habitat, in some of the vast array of wildlife,
in their natural habitat, in some of the most breath-taking
