LOCATION:
Southern
Palms Beach Resort, located on the beautiful white sandy shores
of the Indian Ocean at Diani Beach just 35 km south of Mombasa.
Set within 13 acres of lush tropical gardens and coconut palms,
the focus is peacefulness and serenity.
ACCOMMODATION: The
Standard rooms are all equipped with electronic safes, and
hair dryers. Our suites all offer a spacious parlour area,
panoramic city views, two bathrooms and a dining area. The
suites are exquisitely decorated and ideal for private entertaining
and meetings. The Executive Floor Rooms are equipped with
a safe, a writing desk, data port, a pullout sofa, special
bathroom amenities, bathrobe, slippers, tea/coffee making
facilities, an iron and ironing board and fruit basket.

HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES:
There
are eight accommodation blocks: 78 rooms on four floors in
building one, 40-rooms on four floors in building two, 30
rooms on 3 floors in the rest. Guest rooms are air-conditioned,
feature a locally carved 'Pili Pili' four poster double bed,
a standard sized single day bed, which converts to a second
bed, and ceramic tiled floors. Two superior grade suites have
a king-size four-poster bed, mini bar, T.V. and video, spacious
sitting area, shower and bath, large balcony. Wardrobes are
fitted with a combination safe. Bathrooms have large roomy
showers. Guest rooms face the swimming pools and gardens,
a major feature of the resort, with 36 rooms overlooking the
seafront, and maybe pre-booked, a sea view supplement. Balconies
and verandahs are wide with Swahili easy chairs. Inter-connecting
rooms are available on various floors. Children
can only be accommodated in ground floor rooms. |
