HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Villa 1 Suite and 2 Deluxe Rooms - 6 guests The elegant main Villa features 3 bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms. On the main level an impressive Entry with its Patio and marble columns leads to the Grand Foyer Moroccan-style Patio with a 360° Galerie Peripherique and skylight roof. Ambiance abounds as you enter a large Moroccan-style reception area followed by a large open plan European-style living room and dining room. These areas open to the large covered terrace (ideal for entertaining), the spectacular pool and beautiful grounds. This level also includes a half-bath for guests, a large fully equipped kitchen, an office and staff quarters. On the second floor one finds Grand Master Suite with a fireplace, the Master marble bathroom with Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the Palmeraie, the Master salon and dressing room and a private terrace. This floor also includes two guest Suites, each offering its own private marble bathroom (with Jacuzzi or douche hammam), dressing room and its own private terrace. Furthermore you will find on this level the upper-level of the Galerie Peripherique, a library, and a beautiful large terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the High Atlas mountain ranges. The lower level is divided into two parts; a private area and a service area. The private area offers a beautiful fitness facility with a large work-out room, a traditional Hammam, a Turkish bath, a steam room and power-jets douche, a dressing area and bathroom facilities. This area is directly accessible from the mezzanine. Underground fitness awaits you for your exercises in room, which is equipped with many machines, or for relaxation passing by the hammam or the steam bath, the whole refreshed by a massing shower. All the bathrooms are decorated with rare marbles of the Great Moroccan South. 4 one bedroom Bungalows - 8 guests In the beautiful garden with ancient palm trees and magnificent flowerbeds with captivating scents, you will find four beautiful Bungalows. The Bungalows are in a traditional architectural style with cosy decors, pampering amenities and exhilarating views. Each bungalow offers a private access and entry, a spacious room with a dressing area and private marble bathroom. All bungalows have individual air-conditioning and heating systems. The entire property is gated and covered by a discreet 24 hours a day surveillance. 3 luxury one bedroom Berber Suites - 6 guests The three luxury one bedroom Berber Suites are located at the south-east side of the estate. The large spacious tented Berber Suites are each sumptuously furnished with traditional Moroccan antiques and textiles and each offer their own private sitting area en-suite bathroom. Each Suite offers its own private entry and are equipped with heating, fans and all luxury amenities such as minibar, hi-fi and toiletries are included. The entire property is gated and covered by a discreet 24 hours day surveillance.
