Sea View Bedrooms
The Blue Margouillat 3* hotel offers twelve 25-m² bedrooms in the grand creole house. One bedroom is totally wheelchair accessible. All the bedrooms have a terrace or a verandah overlooking the bay of Saint Leu and the Indian Ocean. They provide a panoramic view framed by the Pointe au Sel and the Pointe des Chateaux, and as far as the Ermitage lagoon.
Creole Suites
The Blue Margouillat hotel's two over 60 m² suites are situated in the garden, down below the swimming pool. They have two rooms, a bedroom and a living room suite that both have a verandah providing a sea view.
All the bedrooms are soundproof and equipped with air-conditioning. They have a bathroom with all mod cons, a hair-dryer, separate toilets, a direct telephone line, a modem, free WiFi, a satellite LCD flats-screen TV set, a mini-bar and an in-room safe.
Each room has its particular design, a double bed or twin beds and the luxury bedding is by Simmons.

RESTAURANT
Your taste buds are given a treat at the Blue Margouillat hotel at each moment of the day .
Start the day with a classical breakfast, served at your table. Fruits, dairy products and sweet delicacies are also available at our buffet. Savour the exotic flavour of our jam selection (e.g. litchi, papaya, cherry guava, tamarind) and our freshly squeezed fruit juices.
Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to 6pm. Food-lovers will enjoy our a la carte «Goûter » served around the swimming pool or at the bar near the swimming pool.
At the sunset, when the last rays of the sun shine through your crystal glass, savour a cocktail drink accompanied with a selection of delicious pastries and « petites bouchées » elegantly prepared by Chef Marc Chappot. Enjoy this eternity moment, celebrated every evening in front of the bay of Saint-Leu .
These tantalizing savouries are an invitation to a candle-light dinner with Jazz background music around the swimming pool or under the verandah. The gastronomic menu boasts originality with its fresh dishes seasoned with Reunion Island spices such as curcuma, coriander, cinnamon or ginger.
Enjoy the magic brightness of the night sky that only exists in the tropics, and nowhere else in the world. Pick from our selection of wines presented in our three wine lists (« Classic Wines », « Good Hope » and « Exceptional Wines ») or sparklings available in the Blue Margouillat Champagne list.
Nights are never too long at the Blue Margouillat hotel. Have a late night coffee or some tea, some liqueur or a digestif like the famous « rhum arrangé » from our “Epicures” after-dinner drink list. Our homemade « rhum arrangé », prepared with different flavours, is worth a try. If you are keen on smoking a cigar, discover the marvellous array of cigars offered by our cigar cellar .
