HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
RESTAURANT & BAR: An important space is dedicated to the meals and the bar, on the edge of the beach. The Saint Alexis hosts can thus choose to have lunch or diner in the garden, on one of the six first floor panoramic and intimist balconies of the first floor, on the terrace of the second floor overhanging the ocean, or inside the vast rooms of 1st and the 2nd floor. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers a menu of dishes elaborated with finesse and simplicity. The gourmets will appreciate in the evening an imaginative gourmet menu. The very creative chef designs each week a "discovery" menu on a specific theme, to be tasted without moderation. Anyone can get it at home on request, by electronic mail. Convivial and relaxing area, the bar opens wide onto a terrace, two steps away from the beach. Comfortable living rooms encourage idleness. A snack menu is also proposed there from 2.00pm to 7.00pm.Amateurs will find there a wide selection of whiskies and a cigar humidor.
CONFERENCE & MEETING FACILITIES: The Saint Alexis hotel is an ideal location to organise your business meetings, expositions or seminars. The hotel can put at your disposal three air-conditioned meeting rooms, with a capacity of 10 to 80 persons. The two large rooms, " La Rose des Vents " and " Le Grand Largue ", can be designed like a theatre, U shape, in rectangle, etc. The standard equipment of each room consists of a projection screen, an overhead projector, a paperboard, a television set and a DVD player. Other types of equipment are available on request, such as a fax machine with a direct phone line (ingoing and outgoing), a laser pen or a video projector, and can be rented over you stay, on a sliding scale depending on how long you may have to use them. Others services such as coffee breaks, lunches, private diners and cocktails can be offered.
