Located in full center of the seaside resort, with 30 meters of the most beautiful white sand beach of Saint-Pierre and its lagoon, the STERN is next to the old port out of stone of size and its guns. The company STERN has just completed a total restoration of the hotel complex in August 2003. Selected decoration proposes the creole character of this beautiful establishment, of great comfort, classified 3 stars and which obtained the Charter Quality Meeting tourism. The SWIMMING POOL is suspended, on the first floor of the hotel, is reserved to the customers of STERN, it is equipped with deckchairs and poufs being spread out over the beach of wood grating. Heated in southern winter (July, August), a constant temperature of water with 28° is assured there.
The RESTAURANT of the SWIMMING POOL, is drawn up with 120 forks and spoons (capacity 250 forks and spoons), is decorated with several boxes of creole architecture and is registered around the swimming pool. Furniture is decorative and comfortable, the tables are nappées fabrics champagne and the white towels out of fabrics damask. The kitchen is articulated around many culinary topics of the Meeting (Europe, Asia, India, Africa) and the service is proposed there in dresser.
CONFERENCE ROOM:
2 ROOMS OF CONFERENCE, from 10 to 100 people, are air-conditioned and all equipped: - slide - video - retro - sound system - paper & black board. Any collation can be been useful there.
ACTIVITIES:
Evenings with topic are organized several times per week, with different topics (gastronomical, musical, dancing, exposures of craft industry). Every Friday: Karaoké All dancing marriages or meals can be organized, with organizers, orchestras, sound system. Each year the midnight suppers (several new years with the Meeting) are the subject of gastronomical festivities in good mood).
