HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
RESTAURANT & BAR: Our
Restaurant, Le Baron where two Portuguese Chefs do their best to
serve you the best quality European food, including typical Portuguese
and French dishes. You have a choice between first quality meat,
imported directly from Argentina, the wonderful fish caught every
day in the São Tomé sea by the local fishermen, or
the Italian Pastas, amongst many other dishes, such as the typical
Portuguese bacalhau (cod fish). Our
Bar, Chez Graciano open from 8 am to 12 pm, where you can have a
drink with your friends, or try one of our lovely tropical fruit
juices or our special German Beer.
HOTEL FACILITIES & BAR: The Miramar Hotel has the largest pool on
Sao-Tome. Our
600 square meter swimming pool is surrounded by a wonderful garden,
ideal for children and adults. You can spend a wonderful day by
the pool, enjoying the lovely warm water typical of a tropical climate,
and the two beautiful cascades, while the children play in the water
or at the garden around the pool, where you will have the opportunity
to see the most beautiful tropical flowers. Every
Saturday night we have a Barbeque, with a variety of salads, grilled
meat or fish at your choice, special deserts, and live music with
the famous Saotomean singer Kalu.
The
Miramar Hotel also has an exterior Bar nearby the sea, the Passante
where you can have the pleasure of having a drink or a light meal
while looking at the sea and enjoying the breeze coming from the
beach.
