LOCATION: The
Allamanda Hotel is a lovely colonial style plantation house situated
on the south-east coast of Mahe on its own private beach of Anse
Forbans with good snorkeling. The entrance is dominated by a sweeping
staircase that lead to the rooms on the upper level with the reception
to the right.
ACCOMMODATION:
There
are 10 bedrooms (six with direct sea view) all very nicely decorated
and appointed with, fridge, telephone, hair-dryer, coffee or tea
making machine, fan and air conditioner.
FACILITIES & SERVICES:
The
restaurant located on the lower level caters for breakfasts, a
la carte lunches and evening dinners. The hotel is renowned for
its local Creole cuisine popular on Sundays with local entertainment.
A beach bar and restaurant provides clients with a unique dining
experience.
