 HOTEL DESCRIPTION: The Hotel is located North-East of Praslin, the second largest island, at the end of the famous Côte d'Or, in a colourful and exotically scented tropical garden. The luxurious bungalows of the hotel L'Archipel nestle in the hillside overlooking a lovely secluded beach called Anse Gouvernement. Praslin is situated 40 km N.E. of Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles. Twenty daily Air Seychelles flights link the two islands within fifteen minutes. The "Cat Cocos" runs three ferry crossings daily, and journeys last an hour.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Rooms and suites are laid out in an amphitheatre of coconut trees and flowers facing the ocean. Room service will make breakfast on your veranda, or any other wish possible All 23 rooms of the hotel are spacious (44 m2), with Sea view and air-conditioning. All have a king size bed, direct line telephone, mini bar, tea and coffee making facility, safe, hairdryer, and satellite television. The bathroom is equipped with shower, two wash hand basins and separate toilet. Some rooms are equipped with baths.
HOTEL FACILITIES: The restaurants of l'Archipel are some of the finest on Praslin. Two restaurants are awaiting you: La Feuille d'Or, in the main building, near the swimming pool (dinner) and Bonm Ange on the beach (Breakfast buffet and A la carte lunch)... As for the cuisine, our chef adds his own personal touch to what he learnt from a famous French chef. Twice a week, the Creole buffet is another memorable experience. You will enjoy great Creole as well as international cuisine. Between the swimming pool and the restaurant, is the bar & cocktail lounge of l'Archipel, which is a friendly meeting place. There is also a Beach Bar (Opening Hours: 08.00 am to 06.00 pm) Live Entertainment in the evening twice a week... Different activities and excursions are organised by the hotel: A taxi boat will ferry you across to 'Curieuse' and 'Saint Pierre' island as well as to Anse Lazio or Anse Georgette beaches. Activities such as windsurfing and canoeing, as well as boat transfers for snorkelling (extra charge), are possible. Other sporting activities and excursions are organised by the hotel at an extra charge.
