Hotel Cabenda's restaurants capture the spirit of living with many traditions in a menu that spans Africa , the New World , European, and Oriental cuisine.
The poolside Raffia Dancer Pool side Bar and Grill restaurant is also available.
At the African restaurant, Mami Kobola takes over the kitchen every Saturday to prepare elaborate plassass dishes – green-leaf vegetables cooked with Palm Oil and eaten with foofoo or egba (Boiled gari).
All Meals served Table D'Hote and À La Carte
Lunch served daily from 12 PM - 3 PM
Dinner served daily from 6 PM – 10 PM
