The Holiday Express Hotel is one of Uganda's leading hotels. It is unique in that it is affordable and above all centrally located in the heart of Kampala City; right where all the action begins!
The City of Kampala has changed a great deal over the last decade. Security has tremendously stabilized, the demographics have definitely improved and Holiday Express Hotel emerged right in the middle to curb the lack of enough decent and affordable accommodation facilities. The Hotel has recently been refurbished and equipped with the latest modern facilities in the business. After the completion of our expansion and refubishment, we now boast of 59 fully air conditioned rooms with internet connection and 41 sound-proofed deluxe twin and double rooms making a total capacity of 159 beds in 100 rooms.
In addition to the hotel being centrally located from everything, Holiday Express Hotel boasts of a great view of the city with most of the Kampala's attractions in view. It is located in a public-trasport convenient location at the corner of Luwum and Dustur Streets in Kampala's main shopping district. With all the main shopping malls are within a walking distance.
Among others the hotel feature a recently renovated multimedia business center complete with full internet access, secretarial and fax services.

RESTAURANT
The Holiday Express Hotel restaurant with a sitting capacity of 80 people serves savoury local and international delicacies. The menu ranges from the fast-food/quick-bite kind of food to full course authentic specialized dishes.
The restaurant is tastefully designed to give you a relaxing atmosphere. We invite you to enjoy our local favorite dishes; cooked tastefully by our experienced chefs and laid out in a royal fashion. The Holiday Express Hotel restaurant offers a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends and family over a drink or cup of coffee.
* Reservations are not necessary however, it is always advisable to call before coming in.
* Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7:00 and 10:00 am and lunch starts thereafter.
* Snacks and fast food/easy bites are available all day long for take-out or sit-in.
BAR
The Holiday Express Hotel has 2 well stocked bars located on the first floor of the hotel building next to the main restaurant. They both offer nice views of the city action down below. It is an ideal venue to unwind and relax after a hard day. It is also an interesting place to meet colleagues or friends for a drink or a meal.
The bars are well stocked with all your favorite brands of beers, liquors and wines (both international and local brands).The bartenders and servers are friendly and courteous. In addition, both of our bars offer a wide range of mixed drinks, just ask your bartender.
They attract a peaceful and friendly crowd and newcomers fit right in. They are open 7 days a week from 9AM to 12 Midnight except on special days. Please come and sample our outstanding service and drinks!
CONFERENCES/MEETINGS
Holiday Express Hotel being centrally located is the favorite choice for conferences and meetings. In return the hotel has invested greatly in improving the facilities needed to make these functions successful, resourceful and fun. The hotel conference and meeting room can accommodate up to 100 people.

We employ qualified event planners to help you with the arrangements. We are also fully staffed and experienced in our catering department and therefore, you are guaranteed a successful event. Our fully air conditioned and sound proofed function room/hall is available on prior booking arrangements.
