The restaurant, facing the ocean, is situated under a large thatched roof which also houses the lounge and bar. Cuisine is a blend of Italian and African food Meals are varied and generous with fresh fruits and vegetables sourced locally, a large choice of pasta, meat, fish and other seafood. The menu is only à la carte (no buffet). The chef buys fish direct from the fishermen each morning. If you manage to catch a fish he will cook it for your dinner. The breakfast consists of a variety of juices, pastries, fresh fruits, cakes, eggs, beacon and bread. Ask for the spicy tea. The Bar is well stocked with beers, a wide selection of South African wines, coldrinks and cocktail ingredients. It serves cocktails throughout the day, in the evening offers a relaxed atmosphere for pre and after dinner drinks, accompanied by an accurate sound track. The perfect location for the aperitif is a delightful open-air palafitta built directly on the beach, touched by the sea, a superb views. You can lounge on sofas and enjoy cocktails or have a sedate cup of tea while admiring the horizon or the dazzling beauty of the night sky.
A big swimming pool (27x11 mt.) with fresh water, a massage corner, a pile-dwelling on the sea, taylor atelier and boutique are other comforts available at the Lodge. We organize excursions all over the islands: snorkelling around the reef, swimming with dolphins in Kisimkasi, Spice tour, City tour, Jozani forest tour, Chumbe marine coral park tour, Deep fishing.
