The hotel is located in the commercial area of the city, opposite the sea and few metres away from the pier, where cruises tie up during the summer season. In winter, you can watch the whales metres away from your room.

BEDROOMS
We have 40 bedrooms -32 double and 8 triple-, only 4 of them with a sea view; from the rest of them, you can see our garden or patios. All of the bedrooms have wide and comfortable beds, cable TV, 20” LCD displays and digital switchboard phone.
As regards masonry, the external walls of the hotel are double, with an air chamber. Windows and doors have double hermetic glass, especially designed for Patagonian weather; this way, we guarantee a special thermal and acoustic comfort, supported by an effective water radiators central heating system that we have chosen to avoid allergic problems to our guests.
Most of the floors of our bathrooms and toilets are nonslip ceramic, to prevent accidents, and they all have a clothes dryer and a hair dryer.

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
SNACK BAR Our Snack Bar is in the ground floor, overlooking the garden. It is opened between 12 PM and 2 AM. From 6 PM, you can taste some cold cuts and snacks… and, if you prefer, you can enjoy this as Room-Service. This place has a 42” Plasma Screen where you can watch any of the videos of our video library. In the same place, you can enjoy a billiards game in an old semiprofessional French table, or use one of our computers to work, check e-mails or surf the web (high speed connection, no extra charge).
