TENNIS & SQUASH - Almond offers complete outdoor tennis and
air-conditioned squash facilities with beginners, inter-mediate
and pro Tennis Clinics. With 4 lit Astroturf courts, an in-house
tennis pro, rackets and balls available, the only question to ask
is, "Tennis anyone?"
WATERSPORTS - If you want to experience tropical water recreation,
Almond has you covered with their all-inclusive catalogue of water
sports including: Water-skiing, Kayaking, Catamaran sailing, Reef

GOLF: Almond offers a nine-hole, par three golf course available
to guests at both resorts. Swift and accessible transportation is
available between resorts, all club and green fees included, and

within an audio/visual Cardio Theatre, along with stretching and
strengthening capabilities and classes, Almond prides in the ability

Dinner can range from exquisite continental cuisine to the rich

Bajan (Barbadian) restaurant. Multicolored wood decor under peaked
ceiling. Colorful linens, wall paintings. Starters such as ackee
and aaltfish, crab cakes. Soups such as fish, pickled pork with
dumplings. Main courses include Steamed Flying Fish with Green Banana
Coo Coo; Fried Chicken with Brown-Sugar Gravy; Pork Chops with Plantain-Rum
Sauce; Seafood Curry; Pumpkinseed-Crusted Lamb Chops; Beef in Rum-Pepper
