FOR FAMILIES: At Almond
Beach Village, fun for the whole family is an everyday occurrence
with the all-inclusive resorts spectacular Kids Club. The spacious
kids-only activity and play center is the hub of excitement for
children of all ages. With an experienced staff and four age-specific
programs jam-packed with outrageous activities, there is something
for every kid to enjoy from babies and big kids to toddlers and
teens.
VILLAGE KIDS CLUB: Special Kid’s
Club programs are designed to entertain children, allowing parents
to enjoy some well-earned time to themselves. We offer a full schedule
of activities like lessons in Bajan culture, painting and tye-dye,
calypso and reggae dancing, water activities, movie time and Nintendo
games. In addition, there are specially designed pools just for
the children and a fully equipped playground. Baby sitting services
are also provided

WATERSPORTS: If you want to experience tropical water recreation,
Almond has you covered with an all-inclusive catalogue of water
sports from water-skiing and boating to snorkeling and aqua bikes,
for fun in the sun Barbados style.
SWIMMING - Almond Village offers guests exquisite swimming opportunities
with 2 Jacuzzis, 10 freshwater pools, special children's pools,
a north pool for guests 16 and older, in addition to stunning beaches
surrounding both resorts.
TENNIS & SQUASH - Almond offers complete outdoor tennis and
air-conditioned squash facilities with beginners, inter-mediate
and pro Tennis Clinics. With 4 lit Astroturf courts, an in-house
tennis pro, rackets and balls available, the only question to ask
is, "Tennis anyone?"
GOLF - Almond Village offers a nine-hole, par three golf course
available to guests at both resorts. Swift and accessible transportation
is available between resorts, all club and green fees included,
and Cayman golf balls and tees are available in the Pro Shop.
ATHLETICS & FITNESS: Offering state of the art STAR TRAC equipment
within an audio/visual Cardio Theatre, along with stretching and
strengthening capabilities and classes, Almond prides in the ability
to provide guests with the best in mental and physical pampering.
RESTAURANT: Almond Village offers several fine-dining experiences. The Reef
features elegant outdoor dining beside the Caribbean, while other
restaurants offer more informal family meals. Enids, meanwhile,
serves up the authentic tastes of Bajan fare, fresh from the sea.
The Horizon - Open-air restaurant under peaked
bleached-wood ceilings. Breakfast, lunch buffets daily. À
la carte dinner menu most nights with choices such as squid-shrimp
salad, fried chicken-mushroom wrap, conch chowder, chilled cantaloupe
soup with Amaretto and mint, roast lamb, braised duck, seared mahi
mahi, French onion tart. Caribbean buffet and Bajan cultural show
on Saturday nights, beach barbecue on Wednesday nights. Afternoon
English tea served afternoons.
The Reef Restaurant & Bar - Open-air seafront restaurant with
white linens, bright-blue plastic chairs, bleached-wood ceilings.
Breakfast buffet and fast-food lunch buffet daily. À la carte
dinner menu featuring seafood, with choices such as smoked flying
fish, ceviche, baked snapper, bluefin tuna, flank steak. Dinner
reservations required. Dinner dress code: long pants, collared shirts
for men.
La Smarrita - Grand, air-conditioned
Italian restaurant with mahogany trim, draped windows serving à
la carte dinner nightly. Antipasti, soups, pasta, and main-course
choices such as duck with orange-honey sauce, steak, chicken, and
fish. Reservations required. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts
for men. (Patrons must be age 16 or older.)
Enid's - Colorful Bajan-style, open-air dinner
