& BAR: Bullfrog Inn's Restaurant & Bar is a popular
place for government officials and business persons alike. The restaurant
opens at 7 am and serves delicious Belizean meals up until until
9:30pm.
The
bar stays open every night until midnight.... Weekly entertainment,
in the form of karaoke on Thursday nights and live Mariachi music
on Friday nights has become a very popular local attraction, with
visitors to Belmopan being regular participants.
Escabeche, a Spanish dish with corn tortilla, is very popular. Daily
specials include Tanduri Chicken, Shrimps Creole, Curry Beef &
