The Inn at Robert's Grove is situated on the Placencia Peninsula, an 18-mile stretch of paradise that juts out from the mainland in southern Belize, where the best beaches in Belize are located.

We are 100 miles south of Belize City and the International Airport; five miles from Placencia Village, and a half-mile from the village of Seine Bight. We are two miles from the Placencia airstrip.

ACCOMMODATION: The Inn at Robert's Grove is pleased to announce the opening of The Grand Villa Suites at Robert's Grove, our second phase condominium addition to Belize's 5-star Beachfront Resort (Awarded 5 stars by Belize First Guide to Mainland Belize). These premiere luxury condominiums are housed in two oceanfront stucco haciendas. The lower floor consists of two 1500 square foot two-bedroom units, while the second floor comprises two 2000 square foot three-bedroom duplex units, including a Penthouse bedroom. These units represent the finest construction and facilities in Placencia, a new standard for The Inn at Robert's Grove and Placencia as a whole! As always, condominium owners have access to all the resort amenities of The Inn at Robert's Grove.

Phase II offers owners more amenities and greater rental flexibility including single bedrooms with private bath and porches for the ground floor two bedroom units and a separate third floor penthouse for the three bedroom units. In addition, all the Grand Villa units have access to a semi-private rooftop Jacuzzi.

Finally, the third and largest swimming pool at Robert's Grove is part of our Phase II development including a tiled Jacuzzi and swim-up bar.
