| There are 335 apartments and 60 suites, all with verandah. 8 apartments for the physically handicapped and 2 presidential suites with 330 m2 aside from a 100 m2 verandah and private entrance. All units offer individually controlled air-conditioning, worktable with its own lighting and arm-chair, full length mirror, two chairs and digital safe. Three telephone sets with one beside the bed, one at the worktable and the other in the bathroom, all with electronic secretary service, live voice and a single button for Guest Services, computer and fax connections, cable TV and open channel TV and minibar. Bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, enlarging mirror and spacious bench. Cushioned quilts, goose feather pillows in every apartment.

Wonderful hall for parties and events, with a 7 m overhead and an area of 1,356m2, with a capacity for up to 1,200 people, with removable dividers and foyer with 468m2.
THEATER
540m2 area, capacity for 420 people, 4 dressing rooms and projection and simultaneous translation booth.
