RESTAURANT:
Balandra is the name of the first sailboat that sailed Llanquihue Lake to transport the German colonists in the mid-1800s. The characteristic cuisine of southern Chile emerges based on this historical concept and is combined with flavors of the world, so their guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee. Located on the first floor of the hotel, along with a cozy fireplace and a large window that shows the natural wonders of the lake and the volcanoes, Balandra Restaurant offers an extensive menu designed especially to satisfy the most varied tastes of their visitors.
Bar A magical moment in front of the lake and volcanoes... Their guests can enjoy a moment of relaxation around a traditional central fireplace in the bar located on the first floor of the hotel. The bar faces the magnificent natural scenery of the city of roses, and it is surrounded by noble materials, like copper and wood. It offers a wide variety of domestic and imported liquors, highlighting the renowned Chilean pisco, mixed cocktails and soft drinks.
