POOL
Immerse yourself in the tranquility relaxing in the swimming pool and open-air Jacuzzi. The pool terrace-with service from the bar and restaurant is the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book, writing, just sunbathing or marvelling at the sunset from the roof terrace with a refreshing aperitif.
Even if you have not taken a room, our restaurant customers are welcome to cool off in the pool.
RESTAURANT
The hotel's restaurant is renowned for its excellent Chilean and international cuisine and unique environment. The indoor dining room - which forms part of the original building is an exceptional back drop for an exquisite and unforgettable dinner by candle light.
In the shade of the trees and to the sound of running water, the restaurant and pool terraces provide an ideal setting for enjoying a good three-course meal with the best Chilean wine, or a light snack and fruit juice.
The restaurant is open to guests and non-guests alike from 7:30 am til 11 pm offering:
• Buffet Breakfast
• Cafeteria and Patisserie
• Lunch and Dinner set menu and a lacarte
• Bar open all day
Our wine-list contains an excellent selection of Chilean wines.
We offer and excellent three course set menu for lunch and dinner with choices at each course including the best sea-food, fish and meat Chile has to offer as well as vegetarian dishes.
Or order a la carte.
The cafeteria is open all day serving sandwiches, natural fruit juices and patisserie from our chefs.
The bar is open all day from 10:30 am serving wines, beer, aperitifs and cocktails, specializing in Chile's pisco sour. |
