The services we offer in our Business Center include bilingual secretarial assistants, computers that includes internet broad band connection, e-mail, photocopier, printers, scanner and fax machines available 24 hours Monday – Sunday to efficiently support our guests with their business management and communication requirements.
We offer state-of-the-art physical fitness equipment, massage services, Jacuzzi, saunas and a heated, in-door poor all of which are in the hands of our first rate staff that is dedicated to assisting the users and to the integral care of our guests.
For them, services are included in the room rate (not including massages). The Fitness Club is the best alternative in downtown Santiago; and if you wish to become a member, you may select from a variety of plans and price ranges to access our facilities.
The Banquet and Convention Service provided by our Convention Center is well known for its vast gastronomical background and unequalled assistance. The team of Chefs at the Hotel Plaza San Francisco has received the most awards by the ACHIGA (Chilean Gastronomical Association) over the last decade and we are proud to have been the first hotel to obtain the reputed “Excellence in Service Award” awarded each year by the prestigious Chilean Gastronomical Analysts Association.

The salons at the Hotel Plaza San Francisco were recently remodeled to extend greater comfort to our clients and guests who may use the 120 underground parking spaces at no extra charge. Guillermo Rodriguez, Executive Chef of the Restaurant and his team of Chefs have become acclaimed leaders and powerful advocates of the renovated Chilean cuisine. The gastronomy of this team has been characterized by a modern proposal based on the use of traditional Chilean products creating true art with aromas, flavors and colors. In fact, the Presidency of the Republic often selects this team to create and cater the banquets of fairs and international conventions.
Some events that were handled by our gastronomical team are: the Presidents’ Summit of the Americas, in 1998, the Hanover Industrial Fair, in 1999, the World Book Fair of Guadalajara, in 1999 and the Chilean Pavilion for the Millennium in Epcot Center in 2000.
