FACILITIES: A recently completed oceanfront expansion luxurious and spacious Guest rooms with lounge area or Suites offering separate living room, whirlpool tub, kitchen facilities (with microwave and fridge), large balcony with expansive view of the Caribbean sea.

Waterfront Restaurant, Boardwalk Cafe and Bar, Sun Terrace, Health & Beauty Centre, Jacuzzi, Exercise Room, Duty Free Shops, Dive Shop, Jetty, Conference facilities, Business Centre.

CONFERENCING FACILITIES: We provide for meetings, functions, conferences etc. Our main Conference room comes complete with a private Secretariat. This is ideally located adjacent to the conference room with a private entrance providing direct dial telephone connection, fax and data port access and is air-conditioned. Washrooms are situated within for added convenience.

Seating capacity for the Conference Room is:

120 persons- Dining room style
Theatre Style – 130 persons
Horseshoe style - 40 persons
There are also two additional meeting rooms for those who prefer a more intimate setting.

Meeting Room 1 seats:
25 persons - Theatre style and 20 persons-Boardroom/Classroom style.
Meeting Room 2 seats:
20 persons – Theatre style and 12 persons-Boardroom/Classroom style.

Marquis de Bouille Restaurant - Enjoy International and Creole Style food in this true Fort setting. Buffet lunches are prepared during the week with a different theme each day: Monday - Latin American, Tuesday - Oriental, Wednesday - Caribbean, Thursday - Italian, and Friday - a medley of seafood. Barbecue night every Monday - a delectable choice of barbecue fare served on our Terrace. Live steel Band entertainment.

Waterfront Restaurant - Undoubtedly, Dominica's most elegant evening dining facility, a romantic à la carte restaurant delicately pampering and delighting your taste buds with a wide choice of international and local cuisine masterfully prepared under the direction of Chef Fashad Mohammed.

Boardwalk Cafe - This bar is open from 10 - 8 pm and offers a variety of tropical drinks along a boardwalk overlooking the Caribbean Sea coastline. Conveniently located close to the Waterfront restaurant, the tropical waterfall and the Hotel's shopping complex.

Balas Bar & Lounge - Featuring the island's best Friday Night happy hour from 6:00- 9:00 pm, the Balas lounge bar is noted for its Pina Coladas and fresh fruit punch. Happy Hour- a selection of half - price drinks and a variety of grilled snack items & Live Band. The Bar is located by the pool in very casual and comfortable surroundings.
