Residence is near to Las Terrenas, also known as THE PEARL
OF SAMANA'. Residence Las Palmas al Mar, a top architectural
resort, perfectly fitted to the surrounding environment. 50
meters away from the candid Punta Popi beach, near to the
centre of Las Terrenas (the Pearl of the Samanà peninsula).
The village can be easily reached by motoconcho (a local typical
motor-driven taxi), to shop in the Dominican handicraft shops.
What is more there are supermarkets where to buy italian and
international imported products, directly delivered to the
cottage as well as many banks, medical cabinets, chemist's,
internet-café, discos, car renting facilities, motorbikes
(four wheels too), bicycles. For the sport lovers: horses,
surf, wind-surf, water sky, big game fishing, diving, etc. |

Inside
a marvellous tropical garden, simply stretch out on the comfortable
sun loungers along the swimming pool and peacefully sunbathe,
attracted by the various and colourful tropical bird species,
flying from one palm tree to the following. The reception staff will be at your complete disposal to satisfy
any possible request: trips, hikes, car renting, seaside motorbikes
or accessories. Plane ticket confirmation as well as any transfer
from and to the airport by taxi or aero-taxi is available, simple
ask to the personnel in charge.
Wide cottages, fitted with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable
living room with cable television, 34 television cannels and
CD/DVD-Player. The kitchen offers anything required: Refrigerator,
stove and oven, small household appliances such as blender and
lemon-squeezer as well as any table or kitchenware to prepare
tasty delicacies as at home. Any bathroom is fitted with an
hair drier. A safe available within each single cottage, to
(freely) take care of your personal belongings. Also in every
house: DSL-Internet connection.
Besides drinkable water, any cottage is fitted with a water
softener unit to make water even more tasty. An automatic power
unit is available to supply power in case of shortage. Twice
a week cleaning service and linen change available, a simple
extra demanded to profit from the service each single day. Rapid
and economic dry cleaning service available at the reception
desk. The entire resort is kept watched outside during the night
as to peacefully rest and relax. |
