Nestled on a hillside overlooking St. David’s Harbour, Bel Air Plantation is located on the Southeastern side of the lush tropical island of Grenada - "the isle of spice." The hub of the resort is the waterfront village which includes The Water's Edge restaurant and bar, market and delicatessen, café, gift shop and art gallery, reception and guest service all just a few minutes walk from the villas. From the gentle waves lapping the beach in the bay to the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, coastal peninsulas and lush mountain interiors at the southern end of the property, Bel Air Plantation offers a multitude of settings all in one location.

ACCOMMODATION: Informal, yet elegant, each villa and cottage is beautifully appointed. Original works of art, unique
botanical prints, individually selected furnishings and accessories and fresh tropical flowers fill every room.

Beds are piled high with soft pillows and fitted with cool comfortable Supima cotton sheets. A selection of pillows to choose from and pillowtop mattresses ensure pure comfort. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, TV,telephone, CD player, in-room safe,hair dryer,iron and ironing board are standard features in all accommodations.

One & Two Bedroom Villas - One Bedroom Villas are 900 square feet in size and Two Bedroom Villas are 1500 square feet.

The open floor plan of the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen is spacious and comfortable. Living rooms open onto large verandahs which run the entire length of the villa providing a private outdoor living space. All villas are surrounded by tropical gardens, some with patios and seating areas.

Two bedroom villas have two spacious master bedrooms, each with an oversized bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, shower and double sink vanities.

One bedroom villas have a master bedroom which opens to the front verandah with magnificent views. Bathrooms include whirlpool tubs with double corner windows and a generously sized shower.

One Bedroom Cottages - Cottages are 625 square feet in size. Our cottages offer many of the same features and
amenities of the villas, but on a bit smaller scale. The parlor is a multi-use room, which features a living area, dining area and kitchenette. The covered verandah has additional dining and seating areas.

The en suite bedrooms feature two large windows with views of the sea, bay and gardens. West Indian style woven furnishings paired with classic woodpieces impart a relaxed yet romantic feel to eachbed room Spacious bathrooms include a shower large enough for two.

• Water activities: We provide at no charge, snorkelling equipment, and non motorized kayaks. Lounge chairs are scattered around the various waterfront areas.
• We can arrange island tours, car rental, sailing trips, scuba diving, hiking trips, fishing excursions, day trips to neighbouring islands, etc.
• Internet service, fax and photocopying is available in the Guest Services Office at no charge.
