CREOLE COOKING CLASS with seven guests from Switzerland and Florida we held our first class. Amongst these guests were the president of a cooking club and a restaurant owner both from Switzerland. For traveled guests are interested in cooking and like to cook a special meal. The result a fusion of cooking cultures which continue to bring variation to the evening menus. |
