is one of only three centres in the Caribbean offering rebrether

WEDDINGS: At The Calabash
we get a considerable amount of couples who wish to get married
at the hotel. Experience has shown us that to get a licence and

legwork around the various Government and Religious Ministries.
In consequence we have put together a package in which we can assist
with all the paperwork and arrange the ceremony.

proved a real hit with residents of Calabash and outside diners
alike. The à la carte menu developed specifically for Calabash
by Gary Rhodes places a high importance on locally grown seasonal
produce, all of which is supplied by the best sources as approved
by Gary.
Our
kitchen and restaurant staff have been fully trained by Gary and
the majority have obtained City and Guilds qualifications, Calabash
is the only hotel in the Caribbean to be a certified base of City
and Guilds. |
