COTTAGES

The 16 one and two bedroom private guest cottages are designed in an open-style plan to take advantage of the view. Generously sized and tastefully appointed bedroom, featuring king-sized beds, that open onto an expansive veranda with a private plunge pool, framed in natural cotton fabric that serves as an indoor/outdoor living room. From your private deck framed in bamboo, you can smell the perfume of the frangipani, or relax in your private plunge pool. The cottages at LALUNA are appointed with the amenities sophisticated travelers come to expect from an upscale property, including:

Due to the open style bathroom you may find some lizards in there from time to time. They are harmless and they feed on flying insects.
All the cottages here at Laluna are identical in size, shape and amenities although they have different colour schemes.
They all include plunge pool, day bed, veranda, tv with video, cd player, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wall safe and date port.
The difference between them is purely location, either on the beach or at differing heights above the beach on the hillside. They all have ocean views ranging from slightly obscured due to the trees to positively breathtaking.

Type of cottages
· the beach front deluxe cottage is located directly on the beach only 40 feet from the waters edge and has its own private lawn
· the deluxe cottages are free standing, and located above the beach on the hillside only a distance of approx 50 - 80 feet from the beach
· the cottage suites are semi detached, and are located further 50 - 70 feet above the deluxe cottages
· the two bedroom cottages are two cottage suites rented together with a connecting door

Turn down service
Turn down service is given but since most guests come to Laluna to enjoy the tranquility and not to be unnecessarily disturbed we provide you with a "Do not disturb sign" which is hand made from a local calabash. Please place it on your day bed on the veranda where it would be visible to housekeeping if you do not want to be disturbed. We offer a daily Laundry Service on property, with Dry Cleaning Services, done off property.

Internet
For those who have to stay in-touch, even while on vacation, Laluna offers free high-speed internet and wireless connection to all guests.

BEACH

Set on the southwestern tip of the island of Grenada, our exclusive resort is surrounded by emerald green hills and a pristine white sand beach.

The secluded beach at Laluna has chaise lounges, and a covered open-air pavilion with seating areas and bar.

The crystal clear seas surrounding Laluna are superb for all water sports and other activities.

RESTAURANT

Laluna´s intimate environment of the thatched roof dining room restaurant opens directly onto the beach, offering guests a romantic view of the bay. Our intimate size, with a seating capacity for only 48 diners, will provide the perfect ambiance for guests to experience the tempting dishes prepared by Italian Chef Benedetto La Fiura.
The restaurant is also open to the general public. Reservations are required.

Lounge & Bar
Our cocktail bar curves around the open-air deck lounge and the main pool, creating one of the most idyllic spots on the island. The lounge Bar is a perfect location to recapture the day. It is partially covered with a thatched roof and comfortably furnished with Indonesian daybeds and sofas. It faces west for maximum "sunset appreciation".

Wine Cellar
The restaurant´s unique wine cellar houses popular Italian wines as well as a more select variety from small undiscovered wineries in Italy, most of which will be new to wine lovers in North America. These have been specially chosen to perfectly compliment the restaurant´s eclectic menu, which will combine fare from the sea with the Italian specialties.

Laluna Full Spa is under construction and will be open in Spring 2007. However you can still enjoy some treatments and activities on your private veranda.

Despite the vast ocean (lap pool), the lengthy beaches (natural treadmill), Laluna offers our guests
a fitness room, with treadmill, stationary bicycle, weight machine, free weights and mini step machine, for those who need the gym environment to inspire their workout routine.
