Mariposa Beach Resort is located in the bay of Morne Rouge about two kilometres from the airport and from the capital St.George's in Grenada.

Eight attractive buildings on different levels, gently facing towards Morne Rouge Beach, form a little Grenadian village with a slight "touch" of Mediterranean flavour.

Mariposa Beach Resort is surrounded by gardens that include a big variety of tropical palmtrees, plants and flowers.

ACCOMMODATION: Mariposa Beach Resort offers 31 airconditioned double rooms and Mahogany Run offers 15 apartments. .

Mahogany Run Apartments

Type A: One Bedroom Apartment on two levels.
As you enter you own private garden you are welcomed by a covered terrace to enjoy and evening or early morning breakfast.
The ground level offers a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, cable television and telephone with internet access. Up a spiral staircase to a your air conditioned bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Off your bedroom are two terrace doors that offers a view that will leave your speechless.

Type B: Choice of One Bedroom Apartment , one level
This room offers one level with a small private garden. The kitchens are fully equipped and the sitting area is very comfortable.
Some offer a particular view of the sea.

Type C: One Bedroom Apartment, one level with small terrace & opening bay window in the bedroom.
Full equipped kitchen with large sitting area. Separate and enclosed bedroom with air conditioning.

Type D: Two Bedroom Apartment on one level.
Large private garden with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area.
Two Bedrooms with air conditioning, each having a full washroom with bath and shower in each.

SWIMMING POOL & PRIVATE JETTY: Our Swimming Pool, is suspended over the Caribbean sea and placed in the middle of a deck, over 1000 square meters of precious wood entirely rebuilt in December 2003. Our pool offers a minimum dept of 4 feet and a max dept of 9 feet.

The private jetty - on the bay of Morne Rouge makes it possible to access our hotel by Sea.

The Arawak Room located on the main floor offers seating for up to 40 guests.Or combined two rooms for an ideal conference in The Harbor Room and The Arawak room as the breakout room.
