Day starts early at Port-au-Prince. Beginning at 6am, awaken your
senses at the breakfast buffet and discover the Haitian culinary
tradirion.
Tuesdays:
barbecue with a typical Haitian orchestra. Before dinner, hte general
manager and his team invite you to a "management cocktail"
under our century-old mahogany tree.
Thursdays:
at noon, tropical buffet with many different Haitian Dishes, fresh
fruit juice and tropical drinks along with a local dessert.
