HOTEL DESCRIPTION: If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our comfortably furnished Aloha Suite, complete with televisions and shower facilities, available for you to freshen up.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Arranged in a U-shape, with the open end facing the ocean, the majority of the Resort’s 380 guest rooms and suites – the largest on the island – feature dazzling views of the Pacific Ocean that can be enjoyed from the privacy of their furnished lanai (a veranda or roofed patio). From floor to ceiling, every room creates a fresh take on modern luxury and Hawaiian sophistication. Rooms are accented by the artwork of specially commissioned artisans.

All accommodations have an oversized marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Technological enhancements bear the thoughtful hallmarks of Four Seasons, including large flat-screen televisions, iHome docking stations and clock radios with MP3 adapters, DVD players with photo card readers and high-speed Internet access.

Rooms and suites on the Resort’s eighth floor offer the special privileges of the Club Lounge. Accessible only by private elevator key, these accommodations provide additional privacy to guests who may wish to be separate from other guests.

The menu offers Wolfgang Puck’s classics, plus many locally inspired dishes, using Hawaii’s premier produce, fish and meats. Spago’s master sommelier enhances the menu with an international wine programme and refreshing interpretations of classic Hawaiian cocktails. A special children’s menu, the first ever for Chef Puck, is available nightly to make the dining experience satisfying for the entire family. Spago, a Mobil Four Star and AAA Four Diamond restaurant, features Asian-inspired contemporary design. Crafted with unique stone, wood and exotic textures, the room is sophisticated yet relaxed, with carefully selected furnishings that can provide family comfort and romantic evenings alike, whether indoors or on the lanai (balcony). Generously furnished with all the latest fitness and training equipment, the Fitness Centre at the Spa includes floor-to-ceiling mirrors on three walls, along with windows on the fourth wall for natural lighting. There is also a canopied outdoor cardiovascular area. The aerobics room has hardwood floors and is home to a wide range of daily fitness classes. The Fitness Centre is available to guests 12 years of age and older.

Serenity Pool
Located on the 4,100-square-foot (381-square-metre) Serenity Pool Terrace, this adult-only pool is secluded at the southernmost edge of the Resort and offers elevated panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Lana'i and the West Maui mountain range. Although it is close to the main pool and Wailea Beach, the Serenity Pool is the perfect reprieve for those in search of a quiet retreat.

The Serenity Pool's infinity-edge design showcases panoramic ocean views and is highlighted by shimmering glass mosaic tiles and lush tropical gardens. In this 2,650-square-foot (246-square-metre) saline pool, the swimming experience is enhanced by an underwater music system and four bubble loungers. Refreshing amenities are available throughout the day at 60 poolside lounge chairs and casabellas. Specialty cocktails and signature Four Seasons cuisine are served at free-standing and swim-up bars, and relaxing poolside massages and facials are also available.

Six 160-square-foot (15-square-metre) luxury cabanas are available to reserve for an applicable fee. The cabanas are equipped with flat-screen HD televisions with wireless headsets, wireless and wired Internet access, ceiling fans, mini-refrigerators stocked with Evian spritzes, laptop safes, magazines and comfortable couches, as well as oversized lounge chairs. Twice a day, a refreshing food item is delivered to each of the cabanas.

Wailea Blue Course: The Wailea Blue Course sits on the lowest slopes of Mt. Haleakala, bedecked with colourful blooms and serene fountains. Its fairways meander through much of Wailea offering spectacular vistas of Maui's natural ocean and volcanic wonders. Players will appreciate the generosity of the Blue's wide fairways, as well as the challenges inherent in its skillful design. Note: all charges can be billed to your guest room.

The Resort offers two sand-filled synthetic grass Omni courts, both lit for night play. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the tennis courts and racquets.

The Concierge can assist you with business, entertainment or travel arrangements. The Business Center is accessible 24 hours a day.

Full notary services are available at the Business Center. Guests can have most legal documents witnessed, signed and shipped, faxed or e-mailed.

The Resort offers a door-to-door luggage-delivery service, allowing you to ship your luggage, golf clubs or surfboard directly from your home to ours, where the items will be awaiting your arrival. Unpacking and pressing services may also be arranged in advance, upon arrival or through housekeeping.
