  Recently renovated in 2008, our 1-bedroom suites feature separate living and bedroom spaces available with 1 king or 2 queen beds. The Luxurious Master Bedroom includes a private lanai and exquisite bathroom with soaking tub and separate standing shower. Two bedroom suites are also available.

  Located in the Palace Tower and approximately three times the size of a standard guest room with one bedroom, one and one-half bathrooms. All have ocean and/or mountain and golf course views.
• Royal Suites
  Located exclusively in the Palace Tower; accommodations feature 2,120 square feet of total living space with one bedroom with one King size bed and one and one-half bath rooms. All have ocean and/or mountain and golf course views.
• Presidential Suites
  Each of the five Presidential Suites - Duke Kahanamoku, 'Iolani, King Kalakaua, Monarchy, and Waiulua - is over 3,000 square feet, featuring two bedrooms, and two and one-half bathrooms. Suites offer living, dining, kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator, sauna, bedroom and dressing areas as well as spacious lanais and spectacular ocean views.
• Dolphin and Hemmeter Suites
  These two luxurious suites are aptly named the resort's developer and visionary, Chris Hemmeter, and are and located in the Lagoon Tower. The split-level suites each encompass 2,000 square feet with one bedroom and 2 full baths equipped with a sauna, Jacuzzi tub, and standing shower. Most unique is the large private lanai with outdoor dining area and whirlpool overlooking the dolphin lagoon. A second bedroom is also available for each suite.
