HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Located
on a private beach five miles east of Sangster International Airport
and 10 miles from Montego Bay town center. The area is quiet and
lined with hotels (Sandals Royal Caribbean, Holiday Inn, Half
Moon and Wyndham Rosehall), villas and shopping centers.
Coyaba is family built, family owned and family operated. Proprietors/managers
live on the property. All new construction, opened in August 1994.

ROOM FEATURES
Coyaba
is luxury on an intimate scale, with 50 tastefully appointed guest
rooms, all with air-conditioning and large private balconies.
The rooms at Coyaba are furnished in plantation style with hand
carved furniture, Schumacher fabrics and Italian tile. All rooms
have french doors leading to oversized private balconies. Some
have floor to ceiling windowed dining alcoves, "junior suites"
sitting areas, rattan chairs, four poster beds, vaulted 17 foot
ceilings on the top floors.
All rooms have air conditioning, telephone, ceiling fan, hair-dryer,
satellite TV, VCR, clock-radio, coffee maker, iron and ironing
baord. Cribs and additional beds are available upon request for
a nominal fee. Junior Suites are oversized rooms with king or
queen beds, sofa seating areas (some sleepers) and mini-refrigerators.
Deluxe rooms have king or two double beds. Connecting rooms are
available in Junior Suites to Deluxe combinations.

RESTAURANT & BAR: Coyaba
has three full service restaurants.

Vineyard. Set amongst the flowering Thumbergia vines, The Vineyard
Dining Room is the perfect setting to linger lazily over breakfast
or dine in casual elegance on our New Caribbean gourmet cuisine.

Dock's
Caribbean. Located seaside, Dock's Caribbean Bar and Grill serves
up tropical cocktails, lunch and snacks from 11:30 a.m. 'till
sunset. Daily Jamaican and salad specials available.

The
Polo Ground. Our late night watering hole also serves a casual
bar menu each evening. The Polo Grounds opens at 6 a.m. until
12 a.m. Style in the tradition of grand English Pubs, it showcases
trophies and memorabilia of the polo playing members of the
proprietor's family.

Beach
& Swimming Pool. On our own private beach enjoy sunfish
sailing, wind-surfing, kayaking, snorkeling and pedal-boating.
Coyaba has a 250 foot long private white sand beach, only 30
feet away from the ground floor ocean view rooms. We also have
a swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, and a private dock. Deep-sea
fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling charters, glass bottom boats
and yacht charters are easily arranged upon request.

Sports: Coyaba offers a wide variety of watersports, all at
no charge, including: Sunfish - Sailboats - Windsurfers -
Kayaks - Pedal Boat - Snorkeling Equipment - Scuba Clinics
on Tuesdays.

Tennis
Court. Play tennis day or night on our all-weather laykold
tennis court with lights for night play. Complimentary daily
tennis clinics by visiting tennis pros.

Golf.
There are three golf courses within 10 minutes of Coyaba:
Ironshore, Half Moon and Wyndham. Additionally, Tryall Golf
Club is only thirty minutes away. Enjoy golf with preferred
tee times and reduced green fees at most golf courses.

Enjoy professional massages, reflexology and spa body treatments
are available by appointment. Manicures and pedicures are
also available by appointment.

Fitness
Facilities. Work out in Coyaba Jamaica's open-air fitness
room equipped with treadmill, stepper, rowing machine, stationary
bike and exercise machine.

Charters.
Deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling charters, glass
bottom boat and yacht charters are easily arranged upon request.
MEETINGS: Best
suited for small groups, wedding parties, executive corporate
retreats and seminars. The Plantation Room (approximately 625
square feet) accommodates 25 boardroom, 40 classroom, 60 theatre-style.
Smaller areas are available for gatherings, break-out rooms
and private receptions.
