Jamaica's talented cabaret singers will entertain you or you can show off your talent in the Staff and Guest talent show. From dawn into the wee hours of the night, they will keep your family entertained. Most every night at FDR is Showtime! Bedtimes take second place to fascinating variety of singers, dance troupes, acrobats, limbo, fire-eaters and contortionists.

GROUPS & EVENTS
They specialize in Family Reunions, Wedding Groups, Leisure Groups, Church Groups, Small Meetings and Incentive Groups. There’s a lot to do for the rest of your family while you take care of business...golf just across the road, watersports, spa, tours to nearby sites for horseback riding, rafting, shopping or visiting local landmarks.

For Meetings and Incentive Groups - Participants combine pleasure with work because they add relaxation and recreation to any meeting or conference. WiFi Internet Access is everywhere you want to meet and do business, check the stocks, or do your online banking: from the main bar lounge, pool deck and Verandah Restaurant, to a picnic table on the beach. There is LAN Access in every suite.

Take over the entire hotel and they will customize activities, meals and theme parties for your group. RESTAURANTS & BARS
The day is done; a stunning sunset ignites the sky. Whether you seek a casual gathering with friends and family or an elegant, memorable candlelit evening, FDR provides dining choices for just about everyone. Wine and drinks are served with dinner which becomes a fitting prelude to the evening's entertainment.

The Verandah Restaurant - On the boardwalk over the ocean or in the dining room, the Verandah Restaurant serves International cuisine in a family atmosphere. Bountiful buffet breakfasts every morning. At lunchtime another buffet feast of salads, hot entrees and scrumptious desserts. At dinnertime choose from an international menu featuring French and Jamaican specialties. Don't miss the Beach Buffet by torchlight on Wednesday nor the famous Saturday Jamaican Buffet.

The Pier Restaurant - At The Pier Restaurant, the gourmet Italian fare is as delightful as the setting. Dining at this adults-only, a-la-carte restaurant gives Mum and Dad a moment for romance. Service is exceptional. Meals include elaborate antipasto displays, wine, a great choice of salads, soups, pasta and entrees, tempting desserts and cheeses. Open for dinner five evenings per week, from 6:30pm until 9:30pm.

After an energetic and active day in the sea and sun, children are offered a great spread at the Kidz Buffet. A well-balanced, buffet-style meal is served on tables just the right height. The menu is specially planned to suit little palates: spaghetti and meatballs, macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, soups, a selection of healthy salads, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers are some of the specialties. The Kidz Buffet goes from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm daily. Fruits, juices, milk, the popular non-alcoholic Daiquiris, chocolate milk, softy ice cream and dessert treats are also available. After dinner there is Ping Pong, Pool, Air Hockey and foosball to keep the kids entertained until the Kiddies Disco opens at 7:30pm.

Beach Grill - For all-day snacks, the beach grill is open from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily. Featuring popular specialties like Jamaican beef patties, mouth-watering jerk pork and jerk chicken, simmered in your choice of mild to piquant sauces. Chef also prepares a variety of specialty sandwiches and all-time favourites like pizzas, hamburgers and hot dogs.
