The chief proposes a creole and traditional inventive kitchen. The restaurant dominates bay of Fort of France. Small businesses (two choices per dish), dish of the day, service to the chart. Opened Monday at Friday of 12h30 with 14h00 and 19h30 with 22h00. Saturday evening of 19h30 with 22h00 and Sunday midday of 12h30 with 14h00.
Brewery - Bar “Punch”
Capacity of 50 places with closed panoramic terrace.
Opening the every day of 12h15 with 24h00.
Brewery open of 12h15 to 14h15 and 19h15 to 22h15.
Service of restoration based around a light chart: grills, mixed salads, pastes of the day.
Chart of traditional or local cocktails, old rhums or creole specialities. Chart of desserts.
The hotel has three flexible conference rooms, located at the ground floor. They are air-conditioned with broad picture windows, and a direct access on outside. They all are in “daylight”. They have moreover an access Internet via Wi-Fi.
