The second day we will have a trip around this island, which is a great opportunity to see the marvellous of the nature. You can walk between beautiful vegetation of the nature to appreciate the colourful of the environment which has the maximum representation in the pethroglifcs done by the Indian people. The third and last day we return to San Jorge and after to Managua.

this day. We will meet you at the airport and transfer by plane to San Carlos. From here we take you by boat to Río San Juan . Visit El Castillo. Overnight Lodge .

after breakfast, we begin the interesting trip by the Biological Reserve Indio Maíz by boarding a boat. You will enjoy the admirable variety of fauna like crocodiles, monkeys and a lot of species of birds. This is a place full of natural resources and wild scenic beauty that was name “place where God decide to take a rest after he did the universe”. .

DAY 03 RIO SAN JUAN-MANAGUA

return to Managua

Pick up at the airport. Transfer to the City of Granada, distinguished by a Colonial architecture that will take us back to the eighteenth century. Narrow streets with horse-drawn carriages will allow our minds to create a concrete idea of the customs of the epoch of the Spanish occupation. The Church and Archaeological museum of the Convent of San Francisco, the Cathedral, Church and Xalteva square, Church “ La Merced”, church of Guadalupe, the fortress “ La Pólvora”, among other colonial buildings, are just a part of the architectonical beauty displayed in this city. You will have the afternoon free where you can choose to take an optional tour through either the “ Small Islands” or El Mombacho Volcano. Onvernight sleep in Alambra Hotel.

Breakfast. Check out in the morning, and then we will go visit the municipality of Catarina, a very typical town of artisans, which not only has the greatest lagoon in the country, but also one of the most beautiful panoramic views you can find in these lands. We will move along towards the city of Masaya and its Market of crafts . All the ceramics you could ever imagine in the region, you will be able to find them here. A visit to the Masaya Volcano National park and its museum, where we will learn everything from many of the traditions practiced by the natives of the region, to the geological formations of the area and the country in general, its fauna and flora. We will move up to the top of the crater of the volcano, from where we will be able to see the many nests of Parrakeets, a specie of birds that have adapted to the sulfurous environment of this active volcano. Lunch on route. We will continue our journey to the Occidental zone of our country, until we reach the city of León (122km). Along the way, we will be able to appreciate the immensity of the Momotombo Volcano, which buried the old city of León with its eruption back in 1610. Check in at the Austria Hotel 3*, located in the city of León.

DAY 03 LEON-MANAGUA

Breakfast. Today we will be visiting the Nicaraguan city of University culture, named this way by both its excellence, and architecture. Besides being the first city founded by the Spaniards in our land, it constitutes the intellectual crave of our great poet Rubén Darío, Father of Modernism and Prince of Castellan Letters, as well as many other renowned figures of our literature. Visit to the boilings of San Jacinto, and geisers located at the slopes of the Santa Clara Volcano , which waters contain sulfides and can be used for medicinal purposes. On the afternoon, transfer back to Managua and overnight in Holiday Inn Hotel.

DAY 04 MANAGUA

Breakfast. Transfer to International Airport.

Transfer to León. Before we will visit the Old Leon Ruins. City tour by colonial city of Leon where we will visit the main churches and the indigenous towns named Subtiava and El Laborío. We will continue to Hacienda Cosiguina in Chinandega Reception and check in, dinner and Overnight

Breakfast. Panoramic view on a 4 x 4 wheel vehicle. After 2 km walking tour to climb the volcano with the impressive view of the Gulf de Fonseca, the only one place where you can observe the borders of the three central American countries: El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua. Lunch and time to take photos. Return and lodging at Cosigüina Hacienda.

DAY 03 EL VIEJO -EL REALEJO-CHICHIGALPA-MANAGUA

Breakfast. we will check out to visit The Basilica de El Viejo and departure to Paso Caballos, El Realejo, visit at Chichigalpa the Flor de Caña Rum factory where we can taste it. Return to Managua and overnight
