With spectacular views of St. Lucia's famous twin peaks, the Pitons; Caribbean Sea, the sulphur springs and Soufriere valley, La Haut is ideal for the nature-lover or getting married. Whether it is climbing the Gros Piton, or the more challenging Petit Piton, walking in the rain forest, bathing in the therapeutic waters of the sulphur springs or visiting one of the many waterfalls in the area, all of these are either a short walk or drive away from La Haut. Snorkeling at the Hummingbird and Anse Chastanet beaches and scuba diving under the Pitons are rated as the best on the island. Are you an avid bird watcher, go no further? Our bird watchers have identified 29 species in the area, many seen right from their room balcony. Love tropical flowers and trees, and the marvelous unique sounds of the Caribbean, we have it all on this 52-acre working plantation, described by many as a “magical place”. |

| ROOM FEATURE |

ACCOMMODATION: Thirteen rooms. Colonial styled six one-bed rooms in an hundred year old refurbished cocoa house, each with private bath and balcony. Premium rooms are upstairs, king-size bed, spacious with high cathedral ceilings and hard wood floors. All have ceiling fans, mosquito nets, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is one small upstairs, standard room at the back of the main building in a two-unit country cottage with screened and shuttered windows. One self-contained two-story cottage screened (refurbished copra house), bedroom and bathroom upstairs with a nice large balcony and living/kitchen area downstairs can accommodate additional beds for children. Two connecting rooms unit in valley and Rainbow Villa, a 3 bed, 2 baths with own pool. New addition is three premium vista rooms inside plantation.

Description of Restaurant La Haut Plantation Restaurant, next door to the rooms serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Relax in the restaurant three outdoor balconies; enjoy the "perfect views" while savouring Caribbean cuisine at its best. We specialise in seafood, using fresh local produce and natural seasonings. A must of guest or visitor are fish cakes, pumpkin chips, calamari, creamy clam chowder soup, local spinach crepes, selection of pastas and filet fish like dorado, king, flying and snapper. Play a game of snooker or try our antique piano. Relax in the 40' X 17' pool, reading a book from our small library.
