ACCOMMODATION: There are 155 oases at The BodyHoliday. They’re called rooms. Your room is a virtual retreat with all the amenities you need to relax and find peace and quiet. It can be an elegant and opulent two-room suite. Or it can be a chic haven for a person travelling alone. As you will discover from the listing below, our rooms come in many shapes and sizes, but one thing they all have in common is a feeling of first-class comfort and privacy. Every room has a hair dryer and a plentiful supply of toiletries, and every guest gets a white cotton robe for lounging and wearing on the way to appointments for “Body Treats”. Many rooms come with well-furnished balconies that overlook the sea, while some have tropical garden views. Balconies are perfect spots for taking in The BodyHoliday’s beauty, perhaps over a continental breakfast or a glass of sparkling wine at sunset when the sky turns to fire. Of course, all rooms are air-conditioned and there is not a TV set in sight… in your oasis of peace. Direct dial telephones and our internet café keeps you in touch with the outside world as much or as little as you prefer. Other amenities include 110/220-volt outlets (in most rooms), clock radio, in-room safe, and razor connections.

Piano Bar:
Every hot place has a hot bar. At The BodyHoliday, it’s the Piano Bar. You go there before dinner in casually elegant attire for wine or champagne because it’s where you meet people you already know, or perhaps you make the acquaintance of new people and end up going to dinner with them.
TAO:
When a Caribbean restaurant is named by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the 60 “Hot Tables” in the world, you know you’re on to something special. That something is TAO, the jewel in the crown of the BodyHoliday’s gastronomy.
Cariblue:
Dining within the sight and sounds of the sea and surrounded by beautifully planted gardens, is a wonderful way to enjoy fine food and good company. Cariblue is where breakfast and lunch are served on elegant buffet tables that groan with goodness, but it’s more than a restaurant; it is a friendship centre where experiences of the day are shared and compared, where plans are made for tomorrow’s activities, where laughter comes easily.
The Deli:
Tucked away in a seaside terrace at the end of our beach, there is something decidedly Mediterranean about The Deli. It may be the excellence of its espresso coffee, served, with an Italian biscotti. Or maybe it’s the backgammon players who spend time there in the afternoon with the click and clack of cup and dice.

Cariblue restaurant: Elegantly casual (i.e. no shorts, tee-shirts, slippers etc.).
TAO: Elegant. Gentlemen, please wear collared shirts, long trousers and closed shoes.

HOTEL ACTIVITIES: Our BodyGuards are your activities and social coordinators. BodyGuards are trained in a range of fitness disciplines and are sensitive to individual needs. They are here to make sure that you have an enjoyable and fun filled vacation! BodyGuides can provide you with all the tools you need to keep your body at its peak. During your stay, you have the option to consult with one of our BodyGuides to do an analysis of your health and fitness profile. These specialists are trained to appraise your fitness, set goals with you and to coach and mentor you through our BodyAware programme. This programme is designed to help you achieve fitness and lifestyle goals while on holiday and to provide support (through The BodyAware network) when you return home.
