Winston was a former Director of Tourism for Trinidad and Tobago, Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Hotel School and served as President of the Trinidad and Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association for two (2) years. Carnetta is a graduate of the Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Administration Program at the Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in Canada She also specializes in Personnel Administration.
