Suites feature parlors with full kitchens separate from the bedroom(s). In addition to the refrigerator and microwave found in all the deluxe rooms, suites have stoves, dishwashers, sinks, food preparation utensils, dishes, and flatware. Parlor furnishings include a large, comfortable chair, sofa bed and entertainment center with 27” TV, stereo, DVD player and surround sound.

| HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES |
 A contemporary boutique hotel in a low-rise adobe structure the 3 Palms offers a large outdoor pool and spa with a poolside bar, a rooftop sundeck, a 24 hour fitness room, an on-site restaurant (opening August 1st. 2007), and a self-service laundry. Business travelers will be pleased with our conference and meeting facilities, business center tools, complementary high-speed Internet access in the lobby and all guest rooms, complementary wireless Internet access throughout the common areas and dry-cleaning and laundry service. El Dorado Park is adjacent to the hotel which is just two miles to the south of Old Town Scottsdale, three miles south of the Fashion Square Mall, and four miles from Arizona State University.
Spa Treatments: Relaxation and rejuvenation are hallmarks of the Valley of the Sun. In that tradition, the 3 Palms offers our guests a wide range of massage techniques in our spa suite. And soon to come our second spa suite will be offering manicure, pedicure, waxing and facial services. Complementary Shuttle: We provide complementary shuttle service for our guests on an as available basis from 8am to 10pm everyday for trips within 5 miles of our property to destinations such as Scottsdale Fashion Mall, Old Town Scottsdale and various Scottsdale golf and country cubs. We can arrange town car service for pickup and return to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or other destinations outside of our service area.
Dining:
Delivered to your door through partnerships with neighboring restaurants, an extensive Room Service menu is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel’s long awaited sparkling new on-site Restaurant is slated to open in August of 2007. If it is quick convenience you are after, a walk across the park to Denny’s will suit the need. Of course you may choose from an array of world class dining options within a 5-minute ride to Old Town Scottsdale.
