HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Our building, Beach Cottage II completed an eighteen month complete renovation inside and out in 2008. Already one of the favorite destination locations for families and couples looking for a great beach with wide open sand and a great beach area, the renovations have dramatically increased the pleasure of all vacationers. Included in the project were brand new sliders, windows, exterior paint, a gorgeous paver deck for the pool area, new landscaping and patios.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: The Unit faces the pool and beach beyond on the first floor of a five-story condominium and sleeps up to six guests. An outdoor pool is steps from your patio of this first floor, centrally located unit perfect for soaking up the warm, Florida rays. The beach is just beyond the pool and is easily accessible by stepping out of the covered parking below the unit or from the pool deck.

The unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for 7 day minimum rentals of up to 6 adults. Included are a King Master Suite and 2 twins and a rollaway twin in the second bedroom. A queen leather sleeper is also available in the living area.
