HOTEL DESCRIPTION: With 107 rooms and suites, this beautiful hotel is your first stop traveling via Alaska Airlines, Alaska Marine Highway or the Inter Island Ferry. The Best Western Landing also houses the two most popular local restaurants in Ketchikan. The extremely busy Landing Restaurant, open from 6am daily, serving breakfast all day, lunch and dinner. Jeremiahs the upstairs pub featuring an open kitchen, casual dining, and is open till late. There is a cozy fireplace, full cocktail service, beers on tap and an outside deck overlooking the Tongass Narrows. The well appointed guest rooms and suites offer everything the discerning guest could need. There is high speed internet and complimentary wireless throughout the property, secure parking, a fitness center, business center,limited courtesy shuttle service and premium cable TV channel with HBO.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: The Best Western Landing Hotel is Ketchikan Alaska’s finest lodging and dining establishment. All 107 hotel rooms and suites feature wireless and wired high-speed internet access, free local calls, microwaves and refrigerators, coffeemakers with complimentary coffee and tea, irons with ironing boards, luxurious bathroom amenities, hairdryers, premium cable television with HBO and 25” televisions, secure key card access, voicemail, clock radios, desks with ergonomic chairs bathrooms, with granite countertops and limited courtesy shuttle service.
Standard Queen: The Standard Queen at the Best Western Landing Hotel features all regular amenities along with custom cherry wood furniture and coordinating drapery.
Double Queen: The Best Western Landing’s oversized double queen rooms not only have all the regular amenities, some also include make up mirrors. These rooms are located in both our North Court Building and our Main Building.
Executive King: The Executive King Room features all the regular amenities along with 27” flat screen televisions, a cozy fireplace, private balcony with views of the Tongass Narrows, two line telephones, hard wired internet access, make up mirrors, comfortable club chairs and 9’ ceilings. These rooms are all located in our North Court Building.
One Room Suite: The Best Western Landing’s One Room Suite offering all the regular room amenities along with balconies overlooking the Tongass Narrows, dining tables sofa with a queen pull out bed, coffee table, 27” flat screen televisions, make up mirrors and 9’ ceilings. One room suites are available with a King, Queen or two Queen beds.
Suite: The Suites at The Best Western Landing Hotel feature a separate sitting area from the bedroom, makeup mirrors & hard wired internet access along with two televisions, two telephones, sofas and activity tables. The Best Western Landing’s Suites are available with a King or Queen bed.

HOTEL FACILITIES: The Best Western Landing Hotel is home of Jeremiah’s Pub & The Landing Restaurant. The Landing Restaurant is a family style diner open seven days a week. Serving breakfast all day, fresh Alaskan Seafood, Mexican dishes, the all time American favorite an Old Fashioned Cheeseburger, mike shakes, espresso and much more.

Jeremiah’s Pub over looking the Tongass Narrows has an Italian Flair menu. Features an open cooking line, full cocktail service, 13 microbrews on tap, an enticing wine menu, separate nonsmoking room with a beautiful fireplace, an adjacent meeting room, and an outside deck for those wonderful sunny summer days. The Alaskan Halibut BLT Sandwich with the wonderful beer batter fries are a local favorite along with the newly added sweet potato fries.

Sunny Point Conference Center is located in the Best Western Landing’s North Court Building. With 3200 square feet of banquet area and a full service kitchen, Sunny Point can accommodate up to 240 guests. Serving any cuisine from appetizers to full course meals. Sunny Point boasts a large outside deck that over looks the Tongass Narrows, dance floor, stage, a P.A. system, music system, LCD projector, pull down screens and anything that you may need for your meeting, conference or wedding party. Sunny Point’s friendly and attentive staff is always ready to assist with making any function large or small a success for both our property and your organization. If Sunny Point is too large for your party the Best Western Landing is also the home of two other meeting rooms that are great for smaller groups.

The Sunny Point Room has the ability to be two separate rooms. The Sunny Point Reception room is beautifully furnished with a granite bar and fireplace that can accommodate up to 60 people for a full service banquet. The Sunny Point Ball Room is a large open space that is ready for those groups of 200 for a full service banquet.
