new in July 2002! We're Auburn's newest hotel and we're conveniently
located near everything Auburn-Opelika and Lee County has to offer!
Auburn University is just down the street, while seven world-class
golf courses are within 15 miles of our hotel. Our 82 rooms with
15 suites are located off interior corridors and offer such amenities
as free continental breakfast in our expansive Great Room, 27"
TV's, coffee pots (upon request), hair dryers, iron & ironing
boards, one king or two queen beds, and our suites even feature
wet bars, refrigerators and microwaves. Jucuzzi suites are available
for private retreats, or enjoy our outdoor heated pool (seasonal)
and jucuzzi with your family. A 24-hour fitness room keeps you in
your normal exercise routine, while our complimentary 24-hour business
center will help you complete your work while on the road. Three
meeting rooms and a 10 person boardroom with comfy leather executive
chairs are available for your conference needs. We're ideally suited
for all your business or leisure needs. |

| ROOM FEATURES |
All
guestrooms are furnished with traditional, custom furnishings,
one king or two queen beds, an executive work desk and ergonomic
chair, three drawer armoire with 27" TV, two speaker
phones each with two lines and voicemail, hairdryer, iron
and ironing board, coffee pot, dataport, HBO/CNN/ESPN, expanded
cable, thermostat, scald proof showers, and an upholstered
chair. Guest bathrooms feature beautiful granite countertops.
Connecting guest rooms are available, as well. Suites each
have a wet bar, fridge, microwave, fold-out double sofa, and
a chair & ottoman. Various suites offer jacuzzi's, walk-in
showers, two rooms, oversized living areas, vaulted ceilings,
or have large arched windows.

We offer a 24-hour Business Center with internet, fax, and
a PC that prints to a complimentary digital copier for high
resolution copies. Our 2-story atrium-style Great Room offers
plenty of soft seating, 36" TV, fireplace, and access
to a terrific continental breakfast in the morning. Catch
up on your laundry with our on-site guest laundry room (minimal
charge).
Enjoy a unique breakfast experience at our new Express StartTM
Breakfast Bar served every morning featuring a great selection
of fruits, juices, cereals, breads/pastries, and even hardboiled
eggs. We have also created what is possibly the world's best
tasting cinnamon roll available exclusively at Holiday Inn
Express® hotels. Plus, we now feature Smart RoastTM coffee
- a special blend of 100% Arabica beans especially roasted
and blended for Holiday Inn Express® hotels. It's all

Your choice of four meeting rooms makes us the ideal alternative
for your next conference. We can accomodate your group of
two or your group of 120 comfortably. The Overlook Room seats
up to eight and includes its own fridge and private restroom,
and is adjacent to a 2-room king suite. Our boardroom seats
ten in ergonomic leather reclining, rocking chairs for those
seemingly endless meetings. The Magnolia Room can be divided
into two rooms with a state-of-the-art folding, soundproof
wall. Each of our meeting rooms come with its own built-in
serving area with granite counter tops, cable, phone, and
room-darkening blinds. Available A/V includes TV, VCR, overhead,
screens, easels, and dry erase boards. Our Great Room is also
available for use after 11 a.m. each day, and is pre-set for
32 people at tables of two-four. |
