Deluxe Rooms

Regency Club
The Regency Club level has a deluxe lounge on the penthouse level of the West Tower. With phenomenal views of the city, the lounge is an ideal place to unwind, hold a small meeting, or have a drink before heading out to dinner. A Concierge is available in the Regency Club lounge to answer questions, make dinner reservations, or take care of any special requests. The Regency Club features a large screen TV, current magazines and newspapers, smoking and non-smoking areas and access to placing credit card phone calls.
Regency Club accommodations are either two double beds or one king size bed. The Continental Breakfast in the Regency Club is available to all guests with access to the lounge.
The continental breakfast includes coffee, tea, fruit juice, fresh fruits, muffins, toast, Danish pastries, bagels, and assorted cereals. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am Monday through Friday, and from 6:30am to 10:30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Hors d'oeuvres are served daily from 5:30pm to 8:00pm in the Regency Club Lounge. Items include finger food, a vegetable tray, specialty cheeses, deli tray, and chips with salsa and guacamole. Coffee, soft drinks, juices and light snacks are also available from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Honor bar available daily from 5:00pm to 9:30pm.
Dessert is served from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm in the Regency Club Lounge. Popular items include cakes, pastries, and cookies. Cordials are also available for an additional charge.

Astor Suite
The Astor Suite provides an at home atmosphere unlike anything you''ve ever experienced -contemporary, residential, and comfortable. The 818 square foot Astor Suite overlooks the city, providing spectacular views of the Wrigley Building, Tribune Tower, and the Chicago River. Features include a dining area, large living room with a stereo, bar area, spacious bathroom with a specialty shower, a functional work area, and high-speed DSL Internet access. Option of one to three bedrooms, one and one half bathrooms. The bedrooms have one king bed. Perfect for hospitalities up to 75 people.
Presidential Suite
The Presidential Suite provides a modern, residential feel, complete with all the comforts of home. Among premier Chicago hotel suites, this 1,045 square foot suite overlooks the city, river, lake and Navy Pier - prime location to watch the Navy Pier fireworks!
The Hyatt Presidential Suite stands out among Chicago hotel suites because of its outstanding features including a large living area with a plasma screen TV, surround system, 5-disc CD player, and fireplace. A Jacuzzi tub, free-standing bar, refrigerator, dining area, and high-speed DSL Internet access complete this stunning Chicago hotel suite.
The main King bedroom includes a makeup table and chaise lounge. The suite is flexible with the option of one or two bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms. The Presidential Suite can accommodate 75 people for stand-up hospitality.

This series of suites range from 500 to 700 sq ft, and contain a bar area, sitting area, and meeting area. The Plaza Suite parlor is a perfect space for small meetings up to 6 people. These suites either connect with a King or Double room, or are a bedsitting suite.
Director''s
Ideal suite for hospitalities for up to 25 people. Contains a parlor area with a dining table for 8 people, and a full wet bar with separate hallway entrance. These suites connect with a floating Deluxe King room.
